Every invitation is built to order, so please read this before purchasing.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before submitting your intake form, you receive a full refund. Nothing has been built at that point, so there is nothing to charge for.
Once work has started
Work begins when your intake form is submitted with photographs. From that point the order is bespoke work made specifically for you and is not refundable.
If something has gone wrong, tell us. Every package includes free revision rounds, and we would far rather fix your invitation than leave you unhappy with it.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver your website, or miss the delivery time for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund.
Rush delivery
If rush delivery is purchased and we miss the 24-hour window for reasons within our control, the rush fee is refunded. The rest of the order stands.
Add-ons
Add-ons are refundable up to the point work on them begins. Once produced they follow the same terms as the main order.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
