Nothing is physically shipped. Save Our Date delivers a website, entirely online. There are no delivery charges and no courier is involved.
What you receive
A live invitation website at an address of the form yourname.saveourdate.live, ready to share by WhatsApp, email or message.
When you receive it
Standard delivery times are stated on each package. The clock starts when you submit your intake form complete with photographs, not when you pay — we cannot begin building until your details and images have arrived.
Where rush delivery is purchased, delivery is within 24 clock-hours of intake submission, weekends included.
How it reaches you
We email your link to the address on your order as soon as the site is live. Please make sure that address is one you check.
Delays
The most common cause of delay is an incomplete intake form — missing photographs, venue addresses or event timings. We will chase anything outstanding, but the delivery clock only runs once we have everything.
How long it stays live
Your website remains online until 15 days after your event. Hosting can be extended for ₹499 per year, renewable.
